I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel nestled in the picturesque mountains. The hotel's location at the entrance to the national park was absolutely breathtaking, allowing for easy access to the stunning footpaths around the hot springs. I was impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere at the Japanese restaurant, which served delicious meals that left me wanting more. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly, ensuring that my every need was taken care of. The spa and wellness center provided the perfect opportunity for relaxation, with a sauna and serene garden area. The free Wi-Fi was a convenient feature, allowing me to stay connected during my stay.

The rooms were spacious and we had a great time staying here, especially since it was close to popular attractions like Manmyoji Temple and not too far from Nagasaki airport.

We loved the hotel's very nice location in the mountains close to the national park and hot springs. The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing shuttle service and giving us information about transportation and the area. We were also impressed by the atmosphere at the Japanese restaurant, and the breakfast was delicious.

Spent Easter weekend at this classic hotel nestled in the mountains. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, with 24-hour room service and a well-maintained public bath. the onsen was a highlight, with Bulgari soap that smelled great. the scenery is breathtaking and it's easy to take the public bus to the hotel from the city.

The drive up the mountain to the hotel is definitely not for the faint of heart, with some roads being quite narrow and winding. there weren't many activities to do at the hotel besides enjoying the beautiful scenery and using the onsen.

You can enjoy a traditional Japanese dinner at the atmospheric restaurant filled with the warmth of dim lighting, where the chef handpicked the freshest ingredients for a delightful meal. the hotel is located near the first national park boasting stunning views of nature. It's a great base for anyone who wants to explore the scenic Nagasaki area.

The lack of an elevator made it difficult to navigate the building, especially for elderly or disabled guests. The staff struggled with their English, which made it challenging to communicate effectively.
